Jesse L. Kelly

Founder, Managing Partner

Jesse L. Kelly, is the Founder, and Managing Partner at Jesse Kelly PC. His work focuses holding the powerful accountable. At a young age, Mr. Kelly remembers when his mother was wrongfully terminated from a job she took great pride in. That feeling of hopelessness spurned a deep desire to become an attorney and fight for those like his mother. 

Mr. Kelly brings experience in employment law from serving as Senior Associate Attorney at employment law firm where he focused on helping federal employees save their career and restore their sense of dignity. Mr. Kelly's passion to continue this advocacy with federal and private sector employees led him to start his own law firm.

​When he's not fighting for justice, Mr. Kelly enjoys quality time with his loved ones, college football, attending concerts, and keeping his mind sharp with a good book.
